Walter received his bachelors degree, Cum Laude, from the University of North Florida.  Prior to joining the firm in 1984, Walter had over fifteen years of accounting experience in private industry, including eleven years with an architectural and engineering firm.  Walter is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
