Phil received his bachelors degree from Florida International University and his masters degree from Florida State University.  Prior to joining the firm in 2005, Phil had over 25 years of accounting experience.  Phil is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
